Rising Tokyo-based talent Ryogo Yamamori provides this week’s mix. In the early ’90s he fell in love with the now-classic magic of Midwest techno and at the end of the decade started diving into solo production work. By 2011 he started the label 951beat and saw his tracks put on by some of techno’s top DJs, while releasing on labels and performing around the world including Josh Wink’s Ovum imprint.
His set for D-Node gets into electrified, psychedelic territory, more hypnotic journey than bombastic dance party. Think WATERFALL. Or just check it out below.
