Greg Schappert aka Donor was born in New York and has lived in Barcelona, Madrid, Tokyo and Brooklyn, where he currently resides. The head of Miniscule Records and now one of techno’s more interesting producers, he was originally inspired by the sounds of mid to late ’90s Birmingham, Berlin, Detroit, and New York. Donor currently works with labels such as Stroboscopic Artefacts, Semantica Records, Thema and Prosthetic Pressings.
We’re excited to present this hour featuring a variety of compelling and unique material — danceable techno yet also great for headphones. There’s no tracklist on this one, but if you want to try it out for yourself we’ll start you off with the closing track: Cristian Vogel’s “Lucky Connor.”
