A Chicago original and skilled DJ since the late 80s, Hyperactive has pushed an evolving sound across the borders of house and techno and has nearly 2 decades of smashing releases to his name. Since the late 90s he's run 4 Track Records out of Los Angeles. He's put together this excellent mix of 4 Track's latest, some of the year's techno gems, and a few classics that will never die.

Third time's a charm. The Legendary Jeff Mills graced us last weekend and delivered his best performance of his three LA appearances in the last 6 years. It was rare occasion to see him work the hardware as he did. We were lucky enough to capture it on film courtesy of Drumcell. Observe the mastery that is Jeff Mills.

The Space DJz are Ben Long and Jamie Bissmire, two UK techno practitioners with 15 years of releases and an even longer history as DJs. They've played just about every techno event and held a residency at the massively influential Lost night. The Space DJz fill their sets with the cutting edge of quality techno, and this recording for Droid is no exception.
